Mark tolerances, surface roughness, threads, holes and geometric tolerances (GD&T) directly on the model – all according to ISO standards. You don't need an elaborate technical drawing: from your specifications, we automatically generate a complete drawing for our engineers. Already have a drawing? Just attach it as a PDF. DFM check & AI advisor
Automatic manufacturability analysis with concrete improvement suggestions.
We automatically run a Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis on your part. In the dashboard you see all detected manufacturing issues – from walls that are too thin and non-standard holes to critical radii. For example: 0 mm internal radii are produced with R2 mm by default. Our AI advisor explains in plain terms what the issue is and how we handle it, and shows alternatives such as corner reliefs or EDM (electrical discharge machining). You can discuss directly with it what works best for your part.

After your approval, we select the manufacturing partner from our network that is best suited to your part – based on part complexity, tolerance requirements and previous quality results. All partner companies are ISO 9001 certified. Our engineers on site oversee production.

Every order is measured and inspected.
Every order is inspected against all specified requirements under the supervision of our German engineers: dimensions, tolerances, surfaces and material quality – with caliper, micrometer, roughness tester, 3D scanner and, when required, CMM via our measurement partner. With every delivery you receive a detailed quality report including measurement report, material certificate and surface report. Your delivery only ships once everything is right.

Carefully packaged and sent straight to you.
After passing inspection, your parts are carefully packaged and shipped – ready to ship within 9 working days. Depending on urgency and budget, you choose between express and standard shipping; shipping time comes on top. Your parts arrive ready to install and fully documented.
